Unfortunately over the last few years Avian Influenza (Bird Flu) has become a risk to our birds.
Bird Flu is a virus that causes a fatal disease among birds, and over the last few years wild birds migrating to the UK for their winter stay have brought the disease with them. Therefore to protect our birds when risks are high, particularly during winter, all of our birds are housed indoors away from public and wild birds.
